Shipping Information

Shipping fee for orders within India is a standard INR 500. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 days after dispatch from our Aayushmaa® studio. Please allow for 2-3 weeks for order processing, which includes quality checks.

For international orders, the flat shipping fee is INR 3000. As the recipient, you're responsible for any import duties, customs, and local taxes as per your country's regulations. Keep in mind, we do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

In cases of material unavailability or defects discovered during quality checks, we might not be able to fulfill an order. If this occurs, we'll email you with the new shipping date and delivery time.

Please be aware that if there's an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, or if multiple delivery attempts fail due to a locked door, re-shipment charges will be covered by the customer.

When accepting delivery from our courier partner, ensure that the package is sealed and unopened. If you find the package opened or tampered with, please do not accept it. Instead, contact us at connect@aayushmaa.in with images or call us at +91 8709414925.

Returns Policy

At AAYUSHMAA, each product is unique, and orders cannot be canceled or altered. However, you can request cancellation or an alternate option within 24 hours by reaching out to connect@aayushmaa.in with your order number and item SKU code. In such cases, a redemption voucher can be issued for your next purchase within the validity period.

We do not offer refunds for customized or stitched goods, as they are no longer usable. Refunds are provided in cases of lost packages in transit, confirmed by our courier partner.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you're waiting for a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as there might be processing delays.

For exchanges, if the wrong product is shipped, you have 5 days from delivery to request an exchange. The package, including the invoice and tag, should reach us within the first 10 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

In the case of returns, alterations, or exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping charges. AAYUSHMAA may issue a redemption voucher for the shipping fees. To initiate an exchange, provide tracking details to connect@aayushmaa.in. Remember, all returned parcels are the responsibility of the purchaser until received by AAYUSHMAA.

Please note that actual colors may slightly vary due to monitor differences, and fabric type affects color brightness/saturation.
